Products

We roast coffee to order. Colours of packaging and images on screen may vary slightly. Coffee is a natural agricultural product and taste can vary from lot to lot. Every product page lists its net quantity, MRP (inclusive of all taxes), country of origin, best-before period and manufacturer details.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Prices shown are final — no taxes are added at checkout. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if that affects your order we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or the address cannot be served) and will refund any amount paid in full.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

Intellectual property

The True Tribe name, logo, artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to True Tribe Coffee Roasters Private Limited and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a Consumer Commission.
