This policy explains how truetribecoffee.com (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or buy from us, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect
- Order details: name, phone, email, billing and delivery address, what you bought.
- Account details: if you create an account — your login email and a securely hashed password.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Payment: handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank details.
- Technical data: cookies needed for the cart, login and checkout to work; basic analytics if enabled.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, issue GST invoices, answer your questions, handle returns and complaints, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations (tax, food safety and consumer law). With your consent only, we may send you news and offers — you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order: payment gateway, courier / logistics partner, website hosting, and email service — and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires (currently at least 8 years under GST rules). Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw consent, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to exercise these rights, and raise a grievance. Write to our Grievance Officer below. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to fulfil orders.
