Where we ship

We ship across India through our courier partners. If your PIN code cannot be served, we will tell you before dispatch and refund you in full.

When your order ships

Every bag is roasted to order and dispatched within 3–4 working days of your order being confirmed. Delivery usually takes a further 2–7 working days depending on your location.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders above ₹999 ship free.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also see it under My Account → Orders.

Damaged or missing parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please take photos before opening and write to us within 48 hours of delivery — see Returns & Refunds.
